About Troutdale Bistro

Troutdale Bistro (formerly known as Corner Bistro) was recently acquired by local proprietor Ben Zandi, head of Troutdale Kitchens and owner of the Tri-Cities' only 5-star restaurant, Troutdale Dining Room.

Troutdale Bistro's recipe for success is fresh organic ingredients grown by local farmers and prepared masterfully by executive chef Darrin Shelley, whose menu is influenced by Italian and regional cuisine. The menu changes seasonally and features creative and delicious weekly specials.
